InfiRay Outdoor User Agreement

Dear InfiRay Outdoor (hereinafter referred to as "the app") user, thank you for using the app provided by InfiRay Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "InfiRay"). Before use, please read the following service agreement. By using our app, you accept this Agreement. Please be sure to read through it carefully, in particular the exemption clauses.

1. By confirming the User Agreement and using our app, you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Change to the Terms of the User Agreement

We will make necessary changes to the terms of the Agreement. Once the Agreement is changed, we will give prompts on the app or in the Agreement. If you disagree with the revised content, you can give up using our app. If you continue to use the app, it shall be deemed that you accept the change to the User Agreement.

3. Exemption

A user's posts and comments on the app indicate only the personal position and view of the user himself/herself but do not represent those of the app.

The user, as the poster, shall be responsible for what they posted. In case of any dispute arising therefrom, the poster shall bear all legal and joint liabilities.

The app does not guarantee the quality, coverage, continuity, timeliness, security, and accuracy of the network service.

The app will not assume any responsibility for network service interruption or content loss caused by force majeure or backend maintenance.

4. User Behaviors

(1) Users undertake not to post the following information on the app:

Endangering the basic principles set forth in the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;

Endangering the national security of China, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

Endangering the national unity of China;

Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder and/or terror, or abetting crime;

Insulting or slandering others, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

Containing other contents prohibited by any law or administrative regulations of China;

(2) The app reserves the right to delete any content that violates the above requirements
