Dear InfiRay Outdoor (hereinafter referred to as "the app") user, thank you for using the app provided by InfiRay Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "InfiRay"). Our app is designed to assist our thermal imagers and cameras (hereinafter referred to as "the products").

Respecting your privacy is one of our basic principles. To this end, we hereby explain in detail what of your personal data will be accessed by the app. We will do our utmost to protect your privacy and personal data.

1. Permissions

Camera: When recording hunting video diaries or giving feedback, you can choose to take pictures.

Location: While watching thermal imaging videos, taking pictures, or recording videos, you can choose to record the current location. The location can be viewed on the album details page. This will help us better understand the product‘s market distribution.

Storage: When checking thermal images, you can save images and videos locally for sharing with others.

Device identifier: IMEI, Android_ID. You need to allow permission to use your device information when giving feedback or using Umeng statistics. In this process, we will collect the type and model of supporting devices you used to constitute your user profile.

2. Circumstances Involving Personal Information Transfer by Embedded Third-Party Codes or Plugins

(1) Umeng Statistics

Purpose and scenarios: Your device information needs to be bound for statistics and analysis of product distribution and fault feedback.

Personal information to be collected: Android_ID, IOS

3. Information Use

After collecting your data, the app will upload it to our server in Germany to generate user product information. With its help, we can learn about what thermal imager/camera and mobile phone model you are using, for timely and accurate problem tracking.

4. Information Disclosure

We will not provide, sell, lease, share with, or trade your personal information to any irrelevant third party.

Your information will be disclosed to a third party or administrative or judicial institution in accordance with the relevant regulatory, administrative, or judicial requirements.

Should you violate relevant laws and regulations of China or the User Agreement of the app, your breach behaviors will be disclosed to third parties.

5. Information Storage

Your information collected by the app will be stored on our server in Germany. Unless stipulated by the mandatory requirements of laws and regulations or competent government departments, the app will not publicly disclose your personal information.
